Ruslan Mozhaev

AI for healthy longevity — from population patterns to the individual.

Independent researcher and senior software consultant. Twenty years building enterprise software — mobile, IoT, and lately AI integration — now returning to research, where AI meets human healthspan.

RESEARCH / what I work on
01

Multi-agent, continual learning

Architectures that keep learning from a single person without forgetting what they know about everyone else.

02

The population ↔ individual bridge

What is good for a population can be wrong for one person. Building a formal bridge between the two levels is the core of the work.

03

Intelligence augmentation

AI that helps people think deeper and create — in the Engelbart–Licklider tradition — not AI that replaces human judgement.

BACKGROUND / the long way here
Ruslan Mozhaev

The topic is not new to me. It is a return to PhD research I began in 2009 — the field has finally caught up.

  • 2007 Master of Engineering in Computer Systems, Riga Technical University — specialising in artificial intelligence and system analysis.
  • 2009–10 PhD research on holistic multi-agent self-learning systems under Prof. Jānis Grundspenkis.
  • 2006→ 20 years in industry — Accenture, then enterprise mobile development across six domains and three countries, largely for Nordic clients in Finland, Norway and Sweden; later IoT and AI integration.
  • today Enterprise mobile development, IoT, and AI integration; accessibility & social-impact engineering; independent research analyst in healthspan.
